Mindset

I am not black. I am not white. I am neither or I am both.

Emotional wounds can kill a spirit. Negative Self Perceptions can kill motivation. Trauma can kill compassion. Depression often takes lives. But, compassion can heal.

I can learn and do better, too.

He didn't understand. I don't blame him. This sh*t is heavy, complicated and generations old.

A reminder we are all connected.

Self love is based in grace and acceptance.
