Mindset #Gratitude

Even a dumpster fire, as hot as 2020, can provide moments warmth and comfort. Just need to take a few steps back.

I claim my privilege as to not to diminish the struggle of those that have less, little or none.

Emotional wounds can kill a spirit. Negative Self Perceptions can kill motivation. Trauma can kill compassion. Depression often takes lives. But, compassion can heal.
